Jimmy Miller

Jimmy Miller is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Miller Global. He has worked in real estate with his father, Micky Miller, since 1978 when he joined Miller-Davis Co.

Jimmy has been a key player in targeting significant real estate opportunities and developing new relationships through his extensive contacts in the real estate industry. He is experienced in a wide variety of innovative transactions involving all types of real estate.

He has been involved in sourcing and negotiating acquisitions, dispositions, equity ventures and financing; coordinating asset management and company operations; overseeing office building and hotel developments; supervising office leasing and marketing and hotel operations; directing and reviewing financial analyses; developing project and company business plans; and creating and organizing an office leasing and property management company and a hotel management company.

Jimmy is very active in the community and has served on numerous not-for-profit boards.

Jimmy graduated from Yale University with a B.A. in economics, political science and theater studies.

Arthur Coulombe

  • 45-year tenure with Marriott International having held several operational and executive positions. Held numerous positions as General Manager of hotels owned by Miller while working for Marriott

Jake Baumgartner

Jake joined Miller Global in 2021 as the Accounting Manager and has seen two promotions in his short time with the firm as he now serves as the firm’s Controller. As Controller, Jake leads on financial statement preparation and reporting for every fund the firm manages. In addition to financial statement preparation and reporting, Jake leads endeavors related to audits and reviews on the funds and directly manages the Senior Accountants servicing the funds. Prior to joining the firm, Jake worked in public accounting for three years and then for Prologis for seven years where he worked on financial reporting and corporate real estate accounting. Jake earned his Bachelors in Accounting and Marketing at Regis University in Denver.

Trevor Franks

Trevor has been with Miller Global since 2014. He has served in many roles with the firm for the past decade, namely in helping to lead in the Accounting and Finance functions. He has held the role of Accounting Manager where he prepares financials, leads in audits, and has helped develop and maintain the firm’s internal controls processes. In addition to his work in accounting and finance, Trevor was appointed the Chief Compliance Officer in 2023. In this role, he oversees the firm's compliance with SEC regulations, manages and maintains the Code of Ethics and Compliance Manual, and is responsible for preparing annual regulatory filings. Prior to joining Miller Global, Trevor attended the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis and later earned his MBA from Dakota Wesleyan University.
