Denise Patnode, as Chief Financial Officer of Two Roads Development, is responsible for the day-to-day and long-term oversight, planning,  direction, and control of Two Roads financial reporting and management. This includes being responsible for the financial accounting of,  and reporting for, all transactions for the development, construction, operation, marketing, and financing of the firm’s real estate projects.  Over the course of her 35+ year career in construction in South Florida, Ms. Patnode has served as a comptroller, project controller,  assistant project manager, FFE/OSE coordinator, field inspector, contract administrator, estimator and accountant. Her knowledge and  expertise extends well beyond financial transactions enabling her to provide oversight during all stages of the development process. Ms.  Patnode came to Two Roads from her three-year post as comptroller for MB Development. Previously Ms. Patnode worked for WSG  Development Company (Canyon Ranch, Miami Beach, FL), Williams Island Ocean Club (Acqualina Hotel, Resort and Condos, Sunny Isles, FL)  and Codina Construction (Dolphin Mall, Miami, FL).
