Mr. Wendover brings 40 years of experience as an Architect and Development Manager. Projects were completed throughout the East Coast states. Architectural experience includes residential, multi-family, retail, hospitality, corporate office (two projects for major Charlotte-based banks were over $200M each), and data centers. Development experience includes grocery- anchored retail, mixed-use town-center retail and multifamily (one Charlotte-area project was worth $80M), and mixed-use transit-oriented multi-family.
