Steven Kantor

Chief Executive Officer

Steven Kantor is CEO of S2K, where he is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of the firm.

Steven has over 35 years of principal investing and investment banking experience, and throughout his career has raised several billions of dollars for REITs and other real estate companies via IPOs, CMBS financings and other forms of equity and debt financing.

Previously, Steven was an Executive Managing Director and Global Head of Investment Banking at Cantor Fitzgerald, as well as Chairman and Co-Founder of CCRE, Cantor Fitzgerald’s affiliated commercial real estate lending platform. Prior to Cantor Fitzgerald, he was a Managing Director at Credit Suisse, where he held several senior roles within the firm, including Global Head of Securities, Global Head of Alternative Investments, Global Head of Leveraged Finance, and Global Head of Real Estate. At Credit Suisse, Steven also served on numerous committees including the Investment Bank Management Committee, the Capital and Risk Management Committee, the Fixed Income Operating Committee, the Asset Management Committee, and the IBD Operating Committee. Prior to Credit Suisse, Steven was a Managing Director and Head of the Real Estate Investment Banking and Financing Divisions at Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette, Managing Director in the Real Estate Investment Banking practice at Paine Webber and a member of Drexel Burnham Lambert’s Corporate Finance division.

Steven earned a B.A. from Syracuse University and a J.D. from American University.

Neil Cohen

General Counsel

Neil Cohen is the General Counsel of S2K and President of S2K Servicing.

Neil has over 15 years of real estate and legal experience. Previously, Neil was the Director of Finance and Strategic Initiatves for NorthStar Realty Finance Corp., where he focused on their alternative investment and broker-dealer business. Prior to NorthStar, Neil was a Senior Associate with Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft and an Associate with Herrick, Feinstein. Prior to Herrick Feinstein, Neil was in-house tax counsel to the predecessor of NorthStar and a Senior Associate with PriceWaterhouseCoopers.

Neil earned a B.S. from the University of Maryland and a J.D. from the Cardozo School of Law. 

Mary Lou Malanoski

Chief Financial Officer

Mary Lou Malanoski is the Chief Financial Officer of S2K.

Mary Lou has over 30 years of experience on Wall Street in various roles. Previously, Mary Lou was the Chief Operating Officer at Morgan Joseph TriArtisan, where she served as Head of Banking and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to Morgan Joseph TriArtisan, she was a founder and principal of New Street Advisors, a boutique broker-dealer, and New Street Investments, a firm focused primarily on non-control investments in private companies. Prior to New Street Advisors, she was a senior team member at New Street Capital, a private investment firm which managed the assets of the successor to Drexel Burnham Lambert. Mary Lou began her career as an investment banker at Drexel Burnham Lambert. She also is a member of the Board of Directors for Phibro Animal Health Corporation and Morgan Joseph TriArtisan.

Mary Lou earned a B.A. from the Rosemont College and an M.B.A. from The Johnson School of Cornell University.

Amy Kelly

Chief Operating Officer

Amy Kelly is Chief Operating Officer for S2K Financial, where she is responsible for the sales operation.

Amy has nearly 30 years of sales and marketing experience in the financial services industry, working with all channels of retail broker-dealer firms. Previously, Amy was a National Product Manager with RC Securities, raising over $4 billion in the independent and registered investment advisor channels. Prior to joining RC Securities, Amy spent 15 years as a wholesaler in the financial services industry with various firms, including AXA Equitable, Prudential, Lightstone, and SC Distributors.  Amy was also a Financial Advisor and product specialist with a retail broker dealer.

Amy earned a B.A. in Finance from Georgia State University.
